Clean your face with water twice a day and use a toner, moisturizer, and exfoliator that is suitable for your skin type.

Follow a skincare routine to help with your skin glow.

Skin Glow up

Masks

  • Cucumber mask 

Cucumber has the same ph level as that of our skin has. It helps with hydration of our and keeps it hydrated.

You can put slices of cucumber in a mixer grinder and apply the juice.

Remember to take off your makeup each night before you go to sleep so that you wake up with fresh and smooth acne-free skin.

Sleep Early, the skin makes new collagen when you sleep which prevents the sagging of skin and keeps skin young.

  • Egg white mask

Egg white helps with spots and scars on your face.

Take two eggs, Separate the yolks and apply the whites on your face forming a thin layer. Let it dry for two minutes then Rinse off with warm water.

Drink more water.

Give your face a massage.

Use Aloe Vera to keep skin strong and healthy.

  • Aloe Vera and Honey Mask

Add some honey to your Aloe vera and mix well. Apply the mixture on your clean face and wait for 15-20 minutes then rinse with plenty of water.

Cold spoons

Chill 4-6 clean metal spoons in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Once chilled, hold the rounded part of the spoon against your eyes for 3-5 minutes. Then, replace with another cold spoon and repeat the process. 

3he cold from the metal spoon will relax the blood vessels around the eyes, tighten the skin and reduce puffiness.

Hair ( Hair Glow up )

Don’t wash your hair every day, you should only wash it when it’s greasy and feels dirty to the touch.

Take vitamins that boost hair growth.

Use oil on your hair.

Olive oil

Apply olive oil to your hair and cover with a cap, wait 15 minutes and wash your hair.

Hair Mask

Lemon juice + Coconut oil+ Honey Mask

Heat 6 tablespoons of coconut oil at home. Add the juice of a lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Mix well and apply generously to the hair and scalp. 

Let it rest for an hour and shampoo as usual. This Mask will help fight itchy dandruff and will take care of your split ends.

Physical Glow Up

Stand up and sit Straight. Try to Improve your body Posture.

Drink Everyday 2 glasses of water every when you make it in the morning.

Get your workout in.

Wear clothes that make you feel good and make sure your clothes look clean.

Moisture your body every day. You can use baby oil to moisture your body.

Always use perfume or deodorant to smell good.

Olive oil

Lemon Juice Mix, Mix a teaspoon of olive oil and 1-2 drops of lemon and apply to your nails 2 times a week.

Massage your nails at night before going to bed. Wear gloves and leaves them overnight. Rinse with lukewarm water when you wake up in the morning.

  • Ingredients – 1 fully ripe strawberry, 3 TSP of coconut oil.

How to make   

Crush the strawberry in smooth parts and add coconut oil to it. Mix it well and refrigerate
